In episode 41, I give you a step by step exercise to teach your dog to accept handling and petting more neutrally.  I promised you this handling exercise in podcast 39 (our micro-first aid class with Lynn Russell).  These exercises, that I recommend you do prior to each meal, will make life easier with your dog.  Your dog will become a better veterinary patient and a better grooming client.  Your dog will be less stressed with interaction with people and be able to do lots of things like teeth brushing, coat brushing, nail clipping and bathing.
