- Cara’s directional approach to dog training focuses on understanding instincts, needs and trained behaviors.
- Cara uses food in training for puppies under 5 months old, but transitions to a non-food approach after a dog is 6 months old
- Cara believes in a balanced use of positive and negative feedback to guide a dog through training.
